The best way to progress your performance is through a program that is specific to you, your goals, and your needs. 1-on-1 coaching and programming will allow for faster progress.

Small Group Coaching
This has quickly become our most popular training option. Athletes are paired based on common needs or training focus. The price point is lower which allows athletes to train more frequently and make more progress.

Team Training
Individual teams and youth clubs/organizations can contract COR1 to create performance programs specific to the needs of the team. These sessions are available off-site at a location convenient to the team.

Return to Sport
COR1 specializes in returning athletes to the sport that they love.

Injury Prevention
People often seek physical therapy services because they are in pain. However, my goal is to be proactive instead of reactive. With the combination of movement analysis and corrective exercises, I am confident that we can get you performing at your best while reducing your risk of injury.

Movement Analysis
Knowing where your limitations are allows for specific programming to get you performing at your best. Using video analysis and expert coaching, I will identify your weaknesses and provide a plan to improve your movement and positioning.

Not in the Colorado Springs area? COR1 offers remote or virtual coaching including: rehabilitation programs, performance programs, and injury prevention programs.
